Mediation can be an effective means to settle Wills in dispute. The distribution of Goods and Chattels can be less painful with an independent person communicating between the parties.
There are also those conversation regarding medical and QOL discussions where siblings may not be not in agreement for eg: parent care QOL decisions. A Counsellor / Mediator has the skills required to take a compassionate non- judgmental approach.
